Icare’s manufacturing capability includes filling and processing hard shell capsules across a wide range of sizes and product profiles.

In order to efficiently and successfully encapsulate fine materials with very low particulate sizes, granulation technologies which are used predominantly in tableting are employed to achieve the desired encapsulation outcomes. As Icare has the skill set and capability to conduct both Wet and Dry granulations, this is often called upon for hard capsules as well.

Our capability also includes producing products in low humidity environments.

A variation of coloured or clear capsules are also available in these formats.
